We offer 7 different crystal shapes: Rectangle, Heart, Diamond, Prestige, Notched, Ball, and our immensely popular Dog Bone. Most of the crystals come in the standard small, medium, and large sizes with additional sizes in the Rectangle. Additionally, we have the exclusive Urn and Candle crystals.

To guarantee the highest quality 3D image inside your personalized crystal, we have developed a perfect formula specifying the maximum number of subjects (pets, faces or objects) that can be expertly engraved within each crystal shape and size.

When customizing your crystal shape, you will find the recommended number of subjects for each size listed. Your crystal will be produced in 2D format if this limit is exceeded.

We highly recommend selecting a larger-sized crystal for additional subjects. For our crystal necklaces, keychains, and ornament, we recommend using photos with 1-2 figures.

Absolutely not! As long as your crystal remains undamaged, the enclosed image will remain shielded from any potential fading, degradation, or discoloration for a lifetime.
