All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day!
We offer free delivery on orders $99+ / £79+. We aim to have your beautiful crystal in your hands in 72 hours (on business days). However, if you can’t wait to get your beautiful 3D Photo Crystal and enjoy those precious memories, we offer an express shipping service.

If your order has not shipped, we can change your shipping address in our system. If it has shipped, we cannot guarantee that we can change the address. We will contact DHL for the status of your shipment and see if an address change is possible. If yes, DHL may apply a change fee, and the delivery time may be delayed.
You will receive an email notification once your product has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you can also track the progress of your order. Additionally, you can go to our Track Your Order page and insert your Order ID.
We are happy to offer international shipping in addition to the United States, Canada, and the UK. However, please check for customs fees, duties, or taxes in your country, as we will not be liable for these. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, please email info@teddyandfinn.com, and we will let you know. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
Unfortunately, international orders cannot be refunded or returned. Teddy & Finn is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
This is extremely rare, but it can happen. Don’t worry; we’ll work with you to replace your crystal if yours is lost.
We have tested our packaging extensively to make sure our crystals don’t break, so this is extremely rare. However, if it does happen, we’ll work with you to replace your order.
Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any observed visual package damage or breakage must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Package” before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will ensure that all damaged articles are replaced expediently. Failure to instigate a claim within 24 hours of receipt with the carrier will result in denial of the claim.
Should your package be refused or returned to us unopened, you shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
