01. Choose Your Crystal
Begin by choosing your preferred crystal shape from our diverse selection, including rectangles, diamonds, hearts, dog bones, urns, balls, icebergs and more. As you select your crystal shape, consider the dimensions of your image and pick the best shape to complement it perfectly. We offer multiple crystal sizes for each shape. You can also navigate to our Digital Preview page, where you can upload your photo and see it in the crystal below!
02. Upload Your Photo
Select your favorite image and upload it directly from your device or social media account. We accept the following image formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, GIFF and BMP. Simply upload the highest resolution version of your photo for the best results. Our designers will enhance the image quality to ensure the engraving will be sharp and clear. You can easily adjust the image position in the crystal by cropping, zooming or rotating the image as needed.
03. Add Charm And Elegance To Your Masterpiece
While our custom crystals are crafted to stand independently, adding a light base can truly accentuate the distinctive details of your personalized engraving. Proper illumination will significantly enhance your crystal’s visual impact. We also offer various optional add-ons such as custom engraving, LED keychains, necklaces, ornaments, metallic gift notes and more.
04. Place Your Order
To finalize your order, select the desired number of crystal copies. We are thrilled to offer 50% off duplicates (3D Crystal blocks only). We offer free shipping on all orders in North America. And that’s it, you’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation email and when your crystal is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number.
05. We Deliver The Crystal
To Your Door
Once ready, your precious crystal will be carefully packed in our unique satin-lined gift box. Each box is then securely packed within a master carton for shipping, guaranteeing your crystal arrives undamaged. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our Artists Convert Your Photo Into 3D
Our highly skilled artists will use the latest technology and software to convert your cherished 2D photo into 3D. The process is complex and requires knowledge and precision. Once our designer completes their artwork, a file with your 3D picture will be created. This is used to create your perfect crystal.

We Laser The 3D Model Into The Crystal
After the file has been created, laser energy, containing immense heat at its focal point, is induced into the crystal, vaporizing it at each coordinate point. Once it reaches the focal point, the powerful laser pulse makes a tiny void inside the crystal. Then, the laser advances to the next coordinate and creates another etched point. Eventually, enough points are created to reproduce the design deep within the crystal. The laser beams are non-invasive, so no blemishes or marks are left on the crystal’s surface. When viewed from any angle the intricate design is viewed much like a 3D.

Want To Know The Difference Between 2D And 3D?
The difference between 2D and 3D engraved images starts with their laser coordinates. To make a 2D engraving, we map the light points from your photo onto a plane resulting in a flat image inside your crystal. Conversely, 3D models are mapped at various depths creating an image that’s convex (curved toward you) in the front and concave (curved away from you) in the back. Once engraved in your crystal, the front side of the image resembles a suspended statue while the rear side creates a mesmerizing 3D illusion. Regardless of the viewing angle, your image will appear to move to meet your gaze, a phenomenon we refer to as the “following” effect.
