All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We offer free delivery on products $99+ / £79+. However, if you can’t wait to get your beautiful 3D Photo Crystal and enjoy those precious memories, we offer an express shipping service. 

We are upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost-based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. When you check out, you will be presented with available options. Please consider the most efficient shipping for your order! We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and take extreme care in packaging each order.

We are happy to offer international shipping in addition to the United States, Canada, and the UK. However, please check for customs fees, duties, or taxes in your country, as we will not be liable for these.

We provide a 3D Preview for every crystal, including accessories. This allows you to see a precise digital representation of your photo in 3D before we proceed with engraving, allowing you to make any adjustments to your image.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

When you entrust Teddy & Finn with your cherished photos, we understand the importance of getting it right. That’s why every order is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Simply reach out to us here for a remake or a full refund.

Our Guarantee Covers:

  • Manufacturer’s defect: If there is a damaged crystal or objective flaw. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement.
  • Engraving Accuracy: If the final product doesn’t match the approved 3D Preview.
  • Custom Text Accuracy: If the engraved text differs from what you requested.
  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged.
  • Lost Products: If your package is lost during shipping.

Our Guarantee May Not Cover: 

  • Unfollowed Guidelines: If quality issues arise due to the image or personalization not meeting our recommended guidelines.
  • Post-Delivery Issues: If your product is damaged after delivery or if damage is not reported within the required timeframe.

Cancellations or photo changes

Please be aware of and respect the following policy regarding cancellations or photo changes:

If you wish to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 10 minutes of placing your order, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 10 minutes, it means our artist has been assigned the project and, as such, you will receive a refund less $25. If the crystal has been produced but has not shipped out yet and you cancel, you will receive a 50% refund. If you want to change your photo, the cost to re-assign your project with a new image is $25, provided your crystal has not been laser etched yet. 

Due to the custom nature of our product, once your item has been shipped, it is not refundable.
As this is a bespoke product, please understand that we incur costs as soon as we start working on your project. Therefore, we are firm on the cancellation/photo change/refund policy.
